Who must file UCR
UCR applies to interstate trucks and to interstate cargo — freight that crosses state lines at any point in its journey.

The federal UCR fee is set by law in fixed fleet-size brackets and steps up at 3, 6, 21, 101 and 1,001 vehicles. Our processing fee scales with your fleet size instead of using flat brackets — so smaller carriers pay less for the same service.
